A web application for managing authorized Google Form workflows
Formify lets users sign in with Google, select Google Forms they own or can access, and import form questions, answer options, and question types into a private Formify workspace. Users can then organize form projects, configure survey scenarios, schedule form tasks, and monitor task progress. This public information page can be viewed without signing in.
Why Formify requests Google access
Formify requests basic Google profile information to authenticate the user and create their private workspace. After permission is granted, read-only Google Drive and Google Forms access is used to list Forms available to that user and import the selected Form's question structure. Formify uses this data only for the form import and workspace features requested by the user. Formify does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
